We’ll arrange estimates, book your car into our approved repair centre, and, if your car is not driveable, we’ll organise a replacement vehicle. If the accident was not your fault we’ll provide you with a like-for-like replacement vehicle for the duration of your repairs.
What to do in the event of an accident
| Stop at the scene and try to stay calm. |
| Dial 999 if someone is in need of medical attention, the road is blocked or damaged, or if someone leaves the scene without exchanging details. |
| Look for witnesses. Witnesses are often willing to provide information that will support your claim. |
| Record other driver’s details. Give your details to other drivers. If the driver is not the owner of the vehicle you will need to obtain the owner's name and address aswell. |
| Take photographs of the road layout, the friver's view on approach, road signs and road markings, position of vehicles, obstructions etc. Make sure you also photograph dammage to vehicles , skid marks and registraion plates. |
