The New Megane Hatch engines combine performance, economy and respect for the environment. For instance, three of its engines have CO₂ emissions below 140g/km, which allows the New Megane Hatch to use the eco² symbol. Everything possible has been done to ensure that its impact on the environment is as limited as possible, from its creation right through to end-of-life. The New Megane Hatch is built in an ISO 14001 certified factory. 95% of the car is recyclable at the end of the vehicle’s useful life, while 11% of the plastic used in its production is recycled.
