William A. Lewis Volvo can offer a truly unique parts service.
We have THREE parts deliveries per DAY – we believe,more than any other franchise – and can offer a fast turnround.
In addition to an overnight delivery, William A. Lewis Volvo will have a second delivery at noon if a part is ordered before 9.30 am.
And if a parts order is then placed before 1.30 pm they will have another delivery at 4 o’clock that day.
This means that instead of a customer’s car being in the workshop for two days if a part isn’t in stock there is now every chance they can drive their car away the same day.

William A. Lewis Volvo has also introduced pre-planning into its parts operation. 
This means that job cards are checked the day prior to cars arriving for a service or repair so that any parts that need ordering can arrive overnight.
A similar parts ordering facility exists for the William A. Lewis Bodyshop. The three daily parts deliveries mean that a car involved in an accident can, for example, have a replacement headlight and indicator lamp as a temporary repair, to makes it legal on the road while the insurance is sorted.
